I believe that EVERYONE can benefit from therapy at one time or another. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental place for individuals and couples to work with me and look for new, healthy solutions for change.

My style of therapy centers around the use of Cognitive Behavioral and Solution focused therapies while integrating various techniques and theories to best fit your needs.
